Scholar-led book discussion led by Gaspare Perrello
Thursday, June 13th at 7:00pm

Kurt Vonnegut's "Slaughterhouse-Five", a dark comedy, science fiction-infused anti-war novel was first published
a half century ago. Let's revisit and discuss this influential and challenged book, it's current relevance and staying power as it marks the 50th year anniversary of publication as one of the most influential works
of American fiction in the 20th Century.

There is no beginning, no middle, no end, no suspense, no moral, no causes, no effects. What we love in our books are the depths of many marvelous moments seen all at one time.
― Kurt Vonnegut, Slaughterhouse-Five
